We are Kudos became the marketing partner for PMI developments from its inception in 2019. As a new start-up company, one initial challenge for PMI was the generation of content and collateral so that it could hit the ground running in communicating with its target audience.
HOW WE DID IT
Our initial work centred on the creation of a visual identity guide which included a company name and logo, corporate typeface and the introduction of a strapline – plan, make, inspire – the initial characters from each word forming the company name, PMI.
Having built a holding website, our next challenge was to create a full website, mobile responsive, with a WordPress CMS to allow content to be easily updated. Due to the depth of experience within PMI, the website had to represent a diverse range of services, products and opportunities.
The imagery and narrative have been chosen to reflect PMI’s core construction ethos, namely “retaining a sympathetic balance between construction delivery and commercial objectives, whilst being both sustainable and fit for purpose”. The look and feel were introduced to reinforce PMI’s ability to provide a diverse range of services to the highest professional standards, delivered anywhere in the UK nationally.
Their approach to the creation and production of our marketing material was both imaginative and innovative, reflecting our core values of delivery meeting objective. We are delighted with the results that have helped to quickly establish PMI as a respected and valued business within a highly competitive market sector.
