Approached by OfficeCare, we were asked to help them target specific industry sectors, as they wanted to increase the company’s market share within specific industries.
HOW WE DO IT
We began by holding a brand workshop with the senior management team, to enable us to evaluate the company’s beliefs, purpose, vision, values and personality.
Our recommendation was the introduction of a group of sector-specific brands, each designed to leave the target audience with no doubt the industry sector they provided cleaning services for.
We created a new brand look and feel, with the overarching goal to raise their awareness with the aim of increasing market share across three core sectors, including sports venues and events.
With the new branding approved, we produced four new websites, one for each of the core target groups: offices and industry; sports and event venues; medical and research practices; educational institutions and schools.
We also managed and art directed photoshoots at various sports stadia and training facilities.
Today, we not only manage these websites but help to drive footfall through a marketing strategy that combines content marketing, social media marketing as well as advertising within sports and event-specific publications.
